Company: | Sonic Solutions Limited |
Product: | Sonic DLA (Drive Letter Access) |
Category: | Media, Audio |
Problems: | With limited accounts, CD Audio playback is disabled, providing an "Access is Denied" response from Windows Explorer, or "No Disc In Drive" from Windows Media Player 10. |
Workarounds: | Uninstall Sonic DLA. It is not necessary on a Windows XP computer, and on Windows 2000 better drive-letter-based CD writers are available.
NOTE: Sonic DLA is not software one can purchase. It usually comes pre-installed on new PCs. |
